20 Jan 2023
We are delighted to announce that Rama University, Kanpur, India has signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and entered into a long-term association with Synergy University, Moscow, Russia and Dubai. The vision of this MoU is to bring together their skills and resources to explore, develop and implement joint activities that are mutually beneficial for both organizations. The MoU is likely to open new doors of talent and innovation by promoting exchange and cooperation in the teaching and research fields in business for students. One of the key benefits of the MoU is associated with promoting cultural and academic exchange through short-term, medium-term and long-term student engagement programs. In addition to this, it will also benefit in terms of the exchange of better academic understanding and innovations through the exchange of faculties between both organizations.
Both organizations are having top-class faculty having knowledge and experience in their respective fields of education which can be shared and put to better use for the growth and development of students. This will allow both universities to prepare a combined curriculum and impart knowledge through newly established programs such as seminars and conferences. The MoU will also benefit in preparing important case studies to evaluate the contemporary international business environment and provide a clearer picture to the students regarding the challenges and opportunities prevailing in the industries.
The international business environment is immensely challenging and comprises varied scenarios which could test the wits and knowledge of students in near future. This brings the importance of teaching and imparting necessary knowledge and support to students by associating with an international organisation/institution which could help in sharing its experience and guide the young generation in conducting business research. In addition to this, it also makes it important for the faculties to play the role of mentor and guiding angles to pave the way for students and generate enthusiasm among students.
There is a significant role of this MoU to encourage students and faculties to exchange technical information as well as identify opportunities prevailing in various disciplines of interest. This will be helpful for students to ensure that they are getting ample support and guidance from Synergy University to understand the international business environment by conducting a comprehensive research.
We hope that this association between both organisations will last long and help in shaping the world through their resources of knowledge, guidance, research and seminars to encourage the youth. Further, it is also likely to create a strong reputation for both organisations from the international perspective to emerge as a torch-bearer of knowledge and education for the future generation.
