The Faculty of Commerce & Management organized “Awareness Program on GST, e-commerce & Digital Marketing” on Dec 07, 2017. The program was started at 12.00 pm and it ran for 3.00 pm. Mr. Govind Shukla was the speaker of the program & he kept his all points over the topic. The students of Commerce & Management, Judicial Science & profession studies participated along with various faculty members of the same department. The session was very interactive & students learned a lot. Mr. Govind Shukla spoken on impact of GST and how digital marketing playing key role in doing successful business in current scenario and how GST has impact on higher productivity of the country.
Digital marketing is the marketing of products or services using digital technologies, mainly on the Internet, but also including mobile phones, display advertising, and any other digital medium. Digital marketing techniques such as search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), content marketing, influencer marketing, content automation, campaign marketing, data-driven marketing and e-commerce marketing, social media marketing, social media optimization, e-mail direct marketing, display advertising, e–books, and optical disks and games are becoming more common in our advancing technology.
The session was chaired by Dr. Nilanjan Mukherji (Dean), whereas various faculty members were present namely Dr. Govind Kumar (Academic Head), CA Vinod K. Sharma, Mr. Vikas Mishra, Mr. Mohit Gupta, Ms. Salma Sabnam, Ms. Akanksha Srivavastava & Mr. K.P. Singh.
