The Faculty Development Program (FDP) aims at the professional development of faculty members of different institutions of RAMA UNIVERSITY. FDP provides rigorous training in pedagogical techniques (Case methods), cutting-edge research methods and advanced topics in specialized areas of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), Engagement & Performance management, Motivation Leadership.
The first FDP was organized by Faculty of Commerce & Management in 2019 on “How to publish in High impact Journals”. The FDP then has emerged as a strong reputation forexcellence in the professional development of management educators.

Today the profession of higher and professional education &teaching has become quite challenging. Teachers are expected to be both effective teachers and researchers and being an educator is not just about sharing knowledge; it is about making sure that learners truly integrate this knowledge and derive learning out of it. An effective teacher should remain at the frontiers of knowledge in his/her areas of subject expertise and gain working knowledge of other domains (interdisciplinary).
This Faculty Development Programme (FDP) is aimed at honing the teaching and research skills of prospective, new and seasoned teachers, researchers and trainers.
The FDP is designed for teachers and researchers working in management schools, universities, colleges and professional institutes. It is especially suited for educators seeking to strengthen their understanding of core general teaching principles as well as gaining exposure to advanced topics, learn and experiment with effective pedagogical techniques, and gain familiarity with essential aspects of professional higher studies.
