About Rama College of Nursing

Rama University is a renowned name in the world of education, recognized by the UGC and the govt. of India, the university is rising as one of the largest educational establishment in the country. Faculty of nursing was established in 2008 with an adjoining medical college. The faculty is recognized by the INC and UP State Nursing Council to offer PG, UG and Diploma programs in nursing to meet the diverse need of health care sectors.

About conference

The challenges of emerging technologies, balancing the cost and quality of care and a nursing shortage necessitate a deeper consideration of the Innovation. Innovation is the most important tool for improving the quality of nursing care, also a fundamental source of progress for health care systems around the world. Nurses need to provide critically needed innovative solutions to many global health challenges. Nurses are critically positioned to provide creative and innovative solutions that make a real difference to the day-to-day lives of our patients, organizations, communities and our profession. Innovation in nursing care continues to be a driving force seeking to balance cost containment and health care quality.

In order to disseminate information about innovations and innovative practices that is occurring in the field of Nursing practice, education, administration and research, this international conference can make a significant contribution toward creating the environment in which innovation is encouraged and supported among peers.
