Huge health camp organized by Rama Medical College, Mandhana

A huge health camp from 15th June to 10th July is organized by Rama Medical College, Hospital and Research Centre, Mandhana, Kanpur. Camp has started with full enthusiasm and zeal here on Monday in the hospital premises, with a formal inauguration in the presence of all dignitaries of Hospital. In this camp, patients will be consulted by well experienced and specialist Doctors from various departments; assessing them for Diabetic, Optometric, Gastro, Hapetic, Bone Dentistry or ENT related issues. Also Dermatology, Orthopaedics & Gynaecology departments of Rama Hospital have also been involved to make this camp a one spot health check up facility for all groups and age categories. OPD consultation is free of charge in this camp and also, all kind of surgeries, treatments or medicines referred by consultants in this camp are free of charge
Even facilities like meals and all the investigations required to make complete assessment of problem areas will be at ‘No cost’ in this camp. Dr. L.K. Verma (Chief Medical Superintendent) or Rama Hospital, said the main aim or the vision behind the camp is to send health facility to remotest of areas and people who need it most. Keeping it at no cost will help us providing healthcare to even weakest sections of society as this is the basic necessity and human right to have access to best of healthcare services. Camp Management team assured that they will ensure special arrangements for Senior Citizens, who are a well respected but most needy section of society, when it comes to Healthcare. Their health needs should not lag behind due to lack of time or other contraints.
