A Gathering of Illuminati Conclave: Evening of Excellence and Unity

On a memorable day of December 13, 2025, the elegant halls of Eternity by Royal Cliff in Kanpur were transformed into a vibrant hub of inspiration and fellowship hosting the “Gathering of Illuminati Conclave-a special celebration of excellence”. This landmark event beautifully wove together the threads of professional enrichment, heartfelt recognition, and community bonding, celebrating the very spirit that defines the Rama family.
The evening commenced with a special Capacity Building and Training Session, setting a reflective and forward looking tone for the event. Esteemed experts in organizational development and human potential shared profound insights with our faculty and staff. Guiding this inaugural session were:
- Col. Aman Bedi (Retd.), a veteran leader with 35 years of distinguished service across the armed forces and corporate realms.
- Varaang Ghai, a global HR strategist with two decades of experience shaping leadership across continents.
- Rahul Bhandari, a certified corporate trainer and motivational coach specializing in leadership transformation.
- Kuuit Singh Marwah, a productivity coach dedicated to amplifying personal and professional influence.
Their collective wisdom sparked meaningful reflection, reinforcing our commitment to nurturing growth at every level of our institution.
The gathering then turned to honour the enduring legacy of the Rama Group, a journey that began with a single clinic in 1985 and has since blossomed into a multidisciplinary university impacting millions. The presence of our revered leadership Chief Patron Mrs. Rama Kushwah, Chancellor Dr. Suraj B.S. Kushwah, Principal Director Dr. Aprajita Chauhan, and Consulting Director Dr. Pranav Singh added deep significance to the celebrations.
The event was profoundly honoured by the gracious presence of our Chief Guest, Shri Rahul Bachha Sonkar Ji, Member of the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly (Bilhaur). In his inspiring address, he commended the university’s deep-rooted commitment to societal development and praised its role as an anchor of progress in the region.
A pinnacle of the evening was the Awards Ceremony, a heartfelt tribute to dedication and brilliance. Presided over by Chief Patron Mrs. Rama Kushwah, Chancellor Dr. Suraj B.S. Kushwah, and Chief Guest Shri Rahul Bachha Sonkar Ji, the ceremony recognized 23 outstanding individuals across 10 prestigious categories.
A highlight of the ceremony was the presentation of the Lifetime Achievement Award to Mr. Jyoti Prakash Maurya, in honor of his enduring legacy and immeasurable contributions. This was complemented by the conferral of other distinguished honors, including the Lifetime Contribution to Healthcare Awards, the Clinical Excellence Awards, and the Eminent Service Recognition Awards, each celebrating exceptional commitment and impact within the Rama University community. Each award told a story of commitment, innovation, and service, embodying the diverse excellence that thrives within our university.
As the formal ceremonies concluded, the evening melted into warm, spirited networking a time for colleagues to connect, share stories, and strengthen bonds over a delightful dinner. Laughter and conversation filled the air, reminding everyone that beyond our roles, we are a close-knit community. The Gathering of Illuminati Conclave was more than an event, it was a reaffirmation of our shared values, a celebration of our collective journey, and a bright beacon guiding our path forward.
