Faculty of Juridical Sciences is now accepting an application for its “Advanced Certificate Course in Cyber and Security Law” for Session 2019-20. Here are a few things you must know about the course that will help you understand the relevance and admission-related details about the course.
About the course:
Information technology practice and technology litigation is fast emerging as a leading lucrative practice area. The emerging industries need capable legal professionals who know practical aspects of IT business and can successfully provide high-quality legal support. To ensure this, the Faculty of Juridical Sciences is offering a short-term course on Advanced Certificate Course in Cyber and Security Law.
The course will arm you with legal and hands-on knowledge of Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Security Law, and Social Media Laws. The curriculum has been designed carefully with the help of industry experts and covers comprehensive knowledge of the subject. Some broad things that you can expect to learn from this course are listed below:
DURATION: 30 HOURS (3 Month) 2 Lecture per week
COURSE FEES: INR 1500
INSTRUCTORS: Faculty of Juridical Sciences (Law)
ELIGIBILITY: 10+2 or equivalent. Indian citizens residing in India
COURSEWARE: Course material is provided in printed / electronic form.
MODE: Classroom mode.
EVALUATION SYSTEM: A 100 mark each paper (50 marks Internal and 50 marks external) Score at least 40% to pass.
