Introduction
The Faculty of Commerce & Management (FCM), Rama University, organized “Clash of Voice – The Debate: A Battle Field” on 21st September 2026 at the Seminar Hall, V.C. Building. The event was conceptualized as a platform for students to express their ideas, present diverse perspectives, challenge viewpoints, and develop confidence in public speaking and constructive debate.
The event was conducted with the broader objective of encouraging students to become articulate, confident, and thoughtful communicators who can engage with contemporary issues through logical arguments and respectful discussion.
Objectives of the Event
The major objectives of the debate competition were:
- To provide students with a platform to express their ideas and opinions.
- To develop critical thinking and analytical abilities.

The event commenced at 10:00 AM in the Seminar Hall of the V.C. Building. Students participated in the debate and presented their views on the assigned debate topics.
Participants were encouraged to put forward their arguments with clarity, logical reasoning, relevant examples, and confidence. The format provided students with an opportunity to listen to opposing viewpoints and respond to them appropriately.
