About the course -
|
This course aims to provide an in depth clinical knowledge and approach towards especially those oral diseases which are spot diagnosed just on the basis of clinical history, inspection and palpation of the lesion. The dentist in India and globally almost 70%-80% of them due to the lack of knowledge are unable to spot, diagnose these lesions in their daily practice or mostly misdiagnose them leading to no or wrong therapeutic treatment of these diseases,. It is a 4 days course with live patient demonstration of the oral lesions, clinical photography and lectures.

Total duration of course in no. of days – 4
It is a 4 days course with live patient demonstration of the oral lesions, clinical photography and lectures.
Day wise description of all the modules of course:-
DAY 1
Potentially malignant disorders and oral cancer
DAY 2
Ulcerato proliferative oral lesions and infectious lesions involving oral cavity.
DAY 3
Pigmented lesions of oral cavity
DAY 4
Mucocutaneous lesions of oral cavity & systemic and metabolic diseases affecting oral cavity.

Course O utcome
|
This short course mentioned above will provide in depth basic knowledge of these topics which are frequently asked both in UG&PG theory and practical examination and above all enhancing the knowledge of the students and the dental practioners beyond routine tooth related diseases helping them becoming better clinicians who can accurately spot and treat all clinically diagnosed oral lesions beyond their routine practice of dental caries / pulp and periapical infections.
