“Yoga is more than a form of physical exercise—it is a holistic way of life that nurtures the body, calms the mind, and uplifts the spirit. As the world faces increasing challenges from non-communicable diseases, mental health disorders, stress, and unhealthy lifestyles, yoga offers a simple, accessible, and cost-effective approach to promoting health and well-being. The International Day of Yoga 2026 reaffirms the importance of integrating yoga into daily life to build healthier individuals, stronger communities, and a more sustainable future. Let us embrace yoga as a lifelong practice and work together towards "One Earth, One Health”.
