Cultivating Wisdom: Rama University's Faculty of Agricultural Sciences Triumphs in Field Exploration

We're delighted to share the success of the recent field visit organized by the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences and Allied Industries at Rama University, in collaboration with the Institution Innovation Council.
On December 2, 2023, our B.Sc. agriculture students, along with faculty members, delved into the agricultural landscape of Fatehpur district, Uttar Pradesh. The aim was to identify and understand real challenges faced by local farmers.
Special thanks to the experts of ICAR-Central Agroforestry Research Institute, Jhansi for enlightening the students as well as the farmers about the incorporation of trees to maintain the avaenue and to enhance the secure income in the near future
This immersive experience has undoubtedly broadened the perspectives of our students, equipping them with firsthand insights into problem-solving within the agriculture sector. Our dedicated faculty members worked closely with the students, contributing to the upliftment of the farming community.
The program may have concluded, but the impact lingers. Rama University remains committed to providing practical learning experiences that empower students and contribute to the betterment of our communities.
