Engineers’ Day Celebration 2026 Promoting Innovation, Creativity, Technical Excellence, and Teamwork Among Students

Faculty of Engineering & Technology (FET), Rama University organised the Engineer’s Day Celebration 2026 on 15 September 2026. The inauguration ceremony was held at 10:30 AM in the presence of Dean, FET, Prof. Abhay Shukla, faculty members, and students.
The programme commenced with the ceremonial inauguration by Prof. Abhay Shukla, Dean, FET, followed by his inspiring address. In his speech, Prof. Abhay Shukla highlighted the importance of engineering in technological advancement, innovation, creativity, and nation-building. He encouraged students to develop problem-solving skills and an innovative approach towards addressing real-world challenges.
The inauguration ceremony was further enriched by a soulful Ganesh Vandana performed by Ms. Trisha Pandey, creating an auspicious and positive atmosphere for the celebrations.
As part of the Engineers’ Day celebrations, various competitions were organised to encourage students to showcase their creativity, technical knowledge, teamwork, and innovative ideas. The winners of the competitions were as follows:
Model Making Competition
- First Position: Kartik Rawat

- Third Position: Najish
- Third Position: Om Ji
Poster Making Competition
- First Position: Devansh — Team B, M.Sc. Biotechnology
- Second Position: Shruti Singh — Team A, M.Sc. Biotechnology
Rangoli Making Competition
- First Position: Sakshi Singh
- Second Position: Ananya Shukla
- Third Position: Nikunj
- Third Position: Ani Maurya
The competitions provided students with an excellent platform to express their creativity and demonstrate their technical and artistic abilities. The enthusiastic participation of students added great vibrancy to the Engineers’ Day celebrations.
The inauguration marked the beginning of a series of activities organised as part of Engineers’ Day Celebration 2026, including Science Exhibition (Model and Poster Competition), Rangoli Competition, and Student Club Activities, scheduled from 15–17 September 2026.
The event concluded on a positive and enthusiastic note, with active participation from students and faculty members. The celebration successfully promoted innovation, creativity, teamwork, and the spirit of engineering among students.
