Essay Competition Organized to Celebrate National IAOMR Day 2026 at Rama Dental College Kanpur

Essay competition was organized in context to National IAOMR Day 2026 by Department of Oral Medicine and Radiology, Rama Dental College Hospital & Research Centre, Faculty of Dental Sciences Kanpur.
An Essay competition was organized in context to National IAOMR Day 2026 by Department of Oral Medicine and Radiology, Rama Dental College Hospital & Research Centre, Faculty of Dental Sciences Kanpur on the theme “Artificial Intelligence- A Boom or Curse in Dentistry” with the aim of the celebration of this day is to promote awareness about the specialty of Oral Medicine and Radiology and to highlight its role in integrating oral and systemic health. A total of 26 Undergraduate and postgraduate students participated in this essay competition. The participants during the Essay competition not only showed their expertise, knowledge and creativity, but also showed their interest in the vast developing field of Artificial Intelligence and its futuristic implications in dental field. The Essay competition made by the students was an eye opener, and showed the level of knowledge they have in field of artificial intelligence and its implication in dentistry. At the end of the participant’s of Essay competition were judged based on the level of understanding the theme and were awarded Prizes and Certificates.
