Faculty of Juridical Sciences Hosts Research Methodology and Academic Writing Workshop to Foster Research Excellence Nationwide

FJS conduct Methodology and Academic Writing
The Faculty of Juridical Sciences in collaboration with Faculty of Professional Studies Rama University, successfully organized a Research Methodology Workshop on 24th June 2026 under the guidance of Dr. Praveen Kumar Mall, Dean, to enhance research skills and promote academic excellence among students, research scholars, and faculty members.
The programme commenced with a welcome address by Ms. Riidhi Tripathi, Head of Department, who emphasized the importance of research methodology, scientific inquiry, and ethical research practices in producing quality academic work.
The workshop aimed to strengthen participants' understanding of research methodology, research design, hypothesis formulation, literature review, data collection and analysis, academic writing, referencing, publication ethics, and plagiarism prevention.
The technical sessions were delivered by Dr. Manu Kaushik, who discussed research design, hypothesis formulation, and literature review, and Dr. Vir Vikram Singh Bahadur, who explained advanced research methodologies, data analysis techniques, research metrics, publication strategies, and research ethics.
The programme concluded with a vote of thanks by Ms. Diksha Taneja, Faculty Coordinator, who expressed gratitude to the resource persons. The workshop provided an enriching learning experience and reaffirmed the Faculty's commitment to promoting quality research, academic integrity, and research excellence.
