Faculty of Juridical Sciences Organizes Insightful Educational Court Visit to Lucknow Bench of Allahabad High Court

FJS host Court Visit to High Court, Lucknow Bench
The Faculty of Juridical Sciences successfully organized an educational court visit to the Lucknow Bench of Allahabad High Court on 30 April 2026. This educational visit proved to be a significant milestone for the Faculty of Juridical Sciences, marking yet another achievement in its continuous efforts toward experiential legal education. The visit proved to be highly enriching and insightful for the participating students.
During the visit, students had the valuable opportunity to observe live court proceedings, which enabled them to gain a deeper understanding of judicial processes, courtroom etiquette, and the practical application of legal principles. Witnessing the functioning of the Hon’ble Bench significantly enhanced their comprehension of advocacy and judicial decision-making. The experience not only strengthened their practical knowledge but also inspired them towards their future legal careers. The primary objective of the court visit was to bridge the gap between theoretical legal education and practical exposure by enabling students to observe real-time judicial proceedings, understand courtroom procedures, and develop professional skills essential for their legal careers.
Faculty of Juridical Sciences, under the able leadership of Dr. Praveen Kumar Mall (Dean). Their efforts ensured the smooth execution and academic success of the program. The visit was efficiently organized under the guidance and initiative of Dr. Kaneez Fatima, Dr. Veer Vikram Bahadur, Ms. Nivedita Rai, and Ms. Vaishnavi Shukla
Special thanks are also due to Shri Pt. S. Chandra, President, Oudh Bar Association, High Court, Lucknow,Senior and Advocate Alpana Srivastava, for their valuable support and encouragement. The Faculty extends its sincere gratitude to Advocate Abdul Wajeh and Advocate Rashad Masood, whose dedicated efforts and coordination played a crucial role in the successful completion of this visit.
The Faculty also expresses its sincere thanks to Shri Shailendra Kumar, Deputy Registrar (Security), High Court, Lucknow, for his valuable cooperation and support in facilitating this visit.
