The Faculty of Nursing at Rama University organized a Nukkad Natak on April 15, 2026, under the campaign “Nari Shakti Vandan Adhiniyam – Prachar Abhiyan 2026.” The program commenced at 2:45 PM in front of the Rama Hospital & Research Centre, where a gathering of common people, along with staff and students, came together to witness the event.
Students from various colleges under Rama University actively participated in the performance. The theme of the Nukkad Natak focused on Naaree Kee Garima Aur Shakti Ka Asalee Vandan, highlighting the vital role women play in shaping society.
The central theme of the performance revolved around the main theme Naaree Kee Garima Aur Shakti Ka Asalee Vandan, emphasizing the importance of gender equality, respect for women, and their crucial role in shaping families, communities, and the nation. Through impactful dialogues, expressive acting, and engaging storytelling, the performers highlighted key issues such as women's rights, education, safety, and participation in decision-making processes.
