FCM Sports Meet 2026 Celebrates Athletic Excellence, Teamwork, Discipline and Competitive Spirit Among Students

1. Overview
The Faculty of Commerce and Management (FCM), Rama University, organized the FCM Sports Meet 2026 from 14 to 16 October 2026. The three-day event featured team sports, athletics and indoor games, including Volleyball, Tug of War, track races, Chess, Badminton, Carrom and Kho-Kho. Students from BBA and MBA programmes participated enthusiastically, demonstrating sportsmanship, discipline, teamwork, physical fitness and strategic thinking. The event was coordinated by Dr. Gurmeet Singh under the guidance of Dean Prof. Dr. Indu Shukla. Dr. Vipin, Dean of Student Welfare (DSW), also graced the occasion.
2. Day 1 — Team Sports | 14 October 2026
The opening day featured Volleyball and Tug of War competitions. Participants displayed coordination, strength, teamwork and determination, while the enthusiastic response of students created a vibrant sporting atmosphere.

3. Day 2 — Athletics and Chess | 15 October 2026
Day 2 included 100-metre, 200-metre and 400-metre races for boys and girls, along with Chess competitions. The events tested speed, endurance, concentration and decision-making.

4. Day 3 — Badminton, Carrom and Kho-Kho | 16 October 2026
The final day featured Badminton, Carrom and Kho-Kho. Students demonstrated agility, precision, alertness, concentration and team coordination across singles, doubles and team events.

5. Overall Outcome
The FCM Sports Meet 2026 concluded successfully, providing students with a meaningful platform to showcase their abilities beyond the classroom. Across the three days, the competitions promoted fitness, leadership, teamwork, discipline, confidence, strategic thinking and mutual respect. The active participation of BBA and MBA students, together with the support of the university leadership and event coordination, contributed to the successful conduct of the meet.
