Inauguration Ceremony of the One-Day Online Workshop Concluded with a Grand Success

On 12 October 2021, the Faculty of Nursing at Rama University, Kanpur, in collaboration with Prof. Dr. Nabhit Kapur, Founder of Peacfulmind Foundation, New Delhi, organized a One-Day Online Workshop to promote the importance of mental health. About the Event:
The event began with welcoming the honorable dignitaries present online and offline, guest speakers, Deans, HODs, Faculty members, and students. With warm welcomes, the event proceeded with a lamp lighting ceremony in front of Goddess Saraswati done by all respected dignitaries present in the University's Seminar hall and joint by Dr. Janardhana Amaranath B.J, Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor, Rama University, who braced the event with his virtual presence, Dr. Prateek Singh, Director, Rama University, Dr. Pranave Singh, Director of PRO, Rama University, Prof. (Dr.) Hari Om Sharan, Dean, Academic Affairs & F.E.T., Rama University, Dr. Sandeep Shukla, Deputy Registrar, Rama University, Mrs. Jasmi Manu, Principal, Faculty Rama University and all the HODs of various departments of Nursing.
The event geared up with the welcome note of Mrs. Jasmi Manu, who shared her views on the importance of the one-day workshop and mental health.
Later Dr. Prabhjeet Singh, Psychologist, Director Psysigns, followed by Prof. Dr. Nabhit Kapur, Founder Peaceful mind Foundation, New Delhi, elaborated on the various and effective ways to manage anger sustain mental health. Dr. Prabhjeet Singh elected the audient that anger is one of the most prominent causes of mental health.
With an interactive session and a vote of thanks to the speakers and audience, the event concluded.
