The Free Legal Aid Club of FJS successfully organized a Legal Awareness Programme on 26th August 2025 at 4:00 PM, in front of Rama Hospital, under the guidance of Dr. Praveen Kumar Mall (Dean). The programme aimed to reach out to the weaker sections of society and promote awareness of their legal rights.
The primary objective of this initiative was to provide free legal aid and promote access to justice for underprivileged individuals, especially those unaware of the legal remedies available under the Indian legal system.
The event was coordinated by Mr. Rahul Singh (Faculty Coordinator) and Ms. Riddhi Tripathi (HoD), with the support of student coordinators Akshra Sachan, Prajjawal Chaudhary, Nisha, and Gyanendra Singh.
As part of this outreach effort, law student volunteers actively participated in the drive, offering free legal advice on key issues such as civil rights, property disputes, domestic violence, and government welfare entitlements.
This initiative reflects the Free Legal Aid Club’s strong commitment to legal literacy and empowerment, and aligns with its broader mission of ensuring justice for all through legal education, awareness, and active community engagement.
