National Science Day Celebration 2026 TECHNOVA Multiverse Fest at Rama University

On the occasion of National Science Day, the Faculty of Engineering & Technology (FET), Rama University organized TECHNOVA – The Multiverse Fest 2026 from 25th to 28th February 2026 at the FET Building.
The four-day celebration was conducted under the banner of Technova AI & Clubs of FET with the theme:
“Where Innovation Meets Competition.”
The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from more than 350 students representing various faculties of the university. The fest aimed to promote innovation, scientific temperament, leadership, and competitive spirit among students.
Objectives of the Event
- To celebrate National Science Day with technical and scientific activities.
- To provide a platform for students to showcase innovation and creativity.
- To encourage teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- To promote interdisciplinary participation across faculties.
Major Technical & Competitive Events
Hackathon (Coding Challenge Arena)
The Hackathon was one of the flagship events of TECHNOVA 2026. Students participated in teams to solve real-world challenges within a limited time frame. The event created an atmosphere of healthy competition and technological excellence.
Science Exhibition & Model Showcase
The Science Exhibition provided students with an opportunity to present working models and innovative technical projects. The exhibition encouraged experiential learning and scientific curiosity.
Robo Race
The Robo Race was among the most thrilling attractions of the fest. Students designed and built robotic vehicles that competed on a specially designed track. The event attracted a large audience and generated high enthusiasm.
Bridge Making Competition
The Bridge Making Competition tested participants’ understanding of structural and civil engineering principles. Students designed and constructed model bridges using limited resources. The competition enhanced practical knowledge and application of theoretical concepts.
Multiverse Gaming Arena
The gaming competition included popular esports titles such as BGMI and Free Fire. Students competed individually and in teams, showcasing strategic thinking, coordination, and competitive spirit. The event added excitement and attracted large student engagement.
Model Display & Innovation Showcase
Apart from competitive events, students also presented innovative ideas and research-based concepts under the innovation showcase segment, promoting creativity and entrepreneurship.
The National Science Day Celebration 2026 – TECHNOVA: The Multiverse Fest was a grand success. The combination of technical competitions, innovation showcases, and interactive events made the celebration vibrant and impactful.
Through activities such as the Hackathon, Science Exhibition, Robo Race, Bridge Making Competition and Gaming Arena, students gained valuable practical exposure and showcased their talents.
The event truly embodied the spirit of National Science Day and reinforced the Faculty of Engineering & Technology’s commitment to fostering innovation, creativity, and academic excellence.
