The speakers delivered a well-structured and interactive session focusing on key aspects of personality development and professional growth. They highlighted the importance of building a robust personality in today’s competitive world and emphasized how personal presentation, communication skills, and confidence play a vital role in shaping career success.
A significant part of the session was dedicated to exploring global career opportunities, particularly in the UK and Dubai. Students were provided with practical guidance on what it takes to crack interviews abroad, including preparation strategies, adaptability, and cultural awareness.
Additionally, the session offered valuable insights into creating a positive and lasting impact in college, workplace, and social environments. Through real-life examples and interactive discussions, students gained a clearer understanding of how to enhance their overall personality and professional presence.
The session proved to be highly fruitful, equipping students with foundational knowledge of Personality Development Programs (PDP) and preparing them for future global opportunities. Rama University sincerely appreciates the efforts of both speakers for their valuable contribution and guidance.
