Rama University Organizes Pharma Anveshan Panel Discussion

The Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences (FPHS) and Rama Institute of Pharmacy (RIPH), Rama University, Kanpur successfully organized “PHARMA ANVESHAN – 2026”, a panel discussion on the theme “Empowering Next Generation Pharmacists: Innovation, Integrity and Inspiration.”
The event was organized with the objective of encouraging and motivating pharmacy students to adopt innovation, professional integrity, and inspiration in their academic and professional journey.

The program began with a warm welcome to the respected guests, faculty members, and students. The panel discussion focused on the future of pharmacy, research innovations, ethical responsibilities, and professional development of young pharmacists.
Prof. (Dr.) Akash Ved highlighted the importance of innovation and research in pharmacy education and encouraged students to actively participate in research and scientific development.
Mr. Dharmendra Singh discussed the role of pharmacists in healthcare and the importance of professional ethics and regulatory standards in pharmacy practice.
Prof. Gaurav Kaithwas shared valuable insights on research opportunities, academic growth, and the importance of dedication and continuous learning in the pharmaceutical field.
The event was successfully coordinated by Mr. Arpit Gupta, Assistant Professor, Rama Institute of Pharmacy, who ensured the smooth organization of the program.
The anchoring of the event was conducted by Ms. Juveriya Bilal (Pharm D 2nd Year) and Ms. Areez Ayman (D. Pharm 2nd Year), who effectively managed the proceedings of the program and maintained an engaging atmosphere throughout the event.
Towards the end of the event, an interactive questionnaire session was organized for the students where participants actively interacted with the speakers and asked questions related to career opportunities, research prospects, and the future of pharmacy.
After the completion of the session, the participating students submitted their feedback forms, sharing their views and experiences about the event.
The program witnessed enthusiastic participation from students of B. Pharm, D. Pharm, M. Pharm and Pharm D, along with faculty members. The panel discussion proved to be highly informative, motivating, and beneficial for all participants.
The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Prof. (Dr.) Nalini Kanta Sahoo (Dean Pharmacy – FPHS and RIPH), expressing sincere gratitude to the honourable speakers, organizing committee, faculty members, and students for making the event successful.
