Rama University Students Ignite Innovation Through Dynamic Startup Crisis Entrepreneurship Challenge

Rama Startup and Innovators Club, Faculty of Engineering and Technology (FET), Rama University, Kanpur successfully organized an engaging and thought-provoking event titled “Startup Crisis” on 9 September 2026. The event was designed to provide students with an experimental platform to develop entrepreneurial thinking, creativity, teamwork, problem-solving abilities, and quick decision-making skills.
The event featured three interactive and challenging rounds, through which participants were presented with diverse startup- and business-oriented situations. Each round encouraged students to think strategically, develop innovative solutions, respond effectively to unexpected challenges, and work collaboratively under time constraints. The activity successfully transformed entrepreneurial concepts into an engaging, competitive, and practical learning experience.
Students participated with great enthusiasm and demonstrated remarkable creativity, leadership, communication, analytical thinking, and team spirit throughout the event. The challenges encouraged participants to approach problems from different perspectives and experience the dynamic decision-making involved in building and managing a startup.
The competitive spirit reached its conclusion with the announcement of the winning teams. Team Brainstormers emerged as the Winner, while Team Momentum Masters secured the Runner-Up position. The winning teams were recognized for their outstanding performance, innovative approach, and effective teamwork.
The event provided students with an opportunity to step beyond conventional classroom learning and experience the challenges of entrepreneurship in an interactive environment. It also reinforced the importance of innovation, adaptability, collaboration, and strategic thinking that is a essential skills for aspiring entrepreneurs and future industry leaders.
Overall, Startup Crisis was a successful initiative of the Rama Startup and Innovators Club, FET, creating an inspiring platform for students to explore entrepreneurship, test their ideas, and strengthen their confidence in tackling real-world challenges.
