ABOUT THE EVENT:
The objective of the Youth Parliament is to strengthen the roots of democracy, inculcate healthy habits of discipline, tolerance of the view of others, and enable the student community to know about the practices and procedures of the Parliament.

RULES AND REGULATIONS
GENERAL
1) There will be individual participation.
2) The participants shall report to the venue hall by sharp 9 a.m.
3) On the First Day participants must wear formal clothing. Second Day participants must wear ethnic clothing.
4) Participants may use any language (Hindi or English) during their speech but adhere to one language for one motion.
5) Constituencies’ will be allotted as per the discretion of the organizing committee.
6) Maximum of five students will be accepted from every department other than the organizing department.
7) Participants should seek confirmation of their registration one week prior to the event.
8) Participants creating any kind of indiscipline will be disqualified at the discretion of judges and speakers.
9) Interruption during anyone’s speech or while the speaker is speaking is not allowed.
10) Only one supplementary question is allowed.
11) All the documents, pieces of evidence, surveys, and research attached should be from authentic governmental sources and international authorities such as the UN, TRIPS, and SAARC.
12) Final decision shall be of the organizing committee in case of any issue.
13) Registration fees will be 200rs. Registration once done will not be changed and no refunds shall be provided.
14) Interested students may register themselves in the Faculty of Juridical Sciences.
15) Cash Prizes will be provided to the Top three participants and the other two winners.
16) Participants should thereby adhere to the rules and regulations.
