REPORT ON WORLD GLAUCOMA WEEK LECTURE OF VISUAL FIELDS – OPHTHALMOLOGY

In commemoration of World Glaucoma Week, a significant lecture titled "Visual Fields" was organized, aimed at enriching the knowledge base of Ophthalmology residents, optometry students, and interns. The event took place at LT 1, Rama Medical College Hospital and Research Centre on March 11th, 2024, from 11 am to 1 pm.

Programme Overview: The session commenced with the lighting of the inaugural lamp and welcoming remarks from Prof. Dr. Ruchika Agarwal, Head of the Department of Ophthalmology, and Dr. Brijesh Nigam, Dean of Rama College of Paramedical Science. Dr. Shalini Mohan, Head of Department and Glaucoma consultant at GSVM Medical College, Kanpur, delivered an enlightening lecture on visual fields, providing valuable insights to attendees.

Furthermore, the winners of the poster making competition were recognized and felicitated by esteemed judges, including HOD Dr. Ruchika Agarwal, Dean Dr. Brijesh Nigam, Guest Speaker Dr. Shalini Mohan, and Dr. Pallavi Dhawan.
