Introduction
A seminar on “Employability Skills, Aptitude, and Personality Development” was successfully organized by the Faculty of Commerce and Management, Rama University. The objective of the seminar was to equip students with essential skills required to excel in competitive examinations and corporate environments.
Guest Speaker
The seminar was graced by the presence of Mr. Sunil Gupta, an IIM alumnus and an experienced trainer with over 21 years of expertise in employability skills and aptitude training. He has worked with reputed organizations such as Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Ambit Finance, Warner-Lambert, and Kirloskar Group.
He has conducted seminars at prestigious institutions like IIT-BHU, IIT-ISM Dhanbad, BIT Mesra, XISS Ranchi, and HBTI Kanpur. He trains more than 2000 students annually, and under his guidance, many students secure admissions in top institutions such as IIMs and XLRI.
