Skill Development and Youth Empowerment Training Program for University Students

The Youth Empowerment Program was organized by the Faculty of Commerce & Management with the objective of enhancing students’ employability skills and preparing them for industry-oriented roles. The first batch of the training program was conducted from 15th September 2025 to 8th October 2025. The program aimed to develop professional, communication, and workplace skills among students. It was conducted by ATOS Prayas Foundation in collaboration n with ICT Academy. Students actively participated in various training sessions designed to prepare them for corporate environments. The program provided valuable industry exposure and skill-based learning opportunities.
The certificate distribution ceremony was held on 12 March 2026. Certificates were distributed to the participants by the Professor (Dr.) Indu Shukla, HOD, FCM, Rama University, Kanpur in recognition of their successful completion of the program. The Head of ICT Academy and faculty members of FCM were present in this event. The event encouraged students to continue developing their professional competencies.
