Tiranga Yatra: A Journey of Pride and Patriotism

As part of the Har Ghar Tiranga Abhiyan 2026, Rama University organised a Tiranga Yatra on 13 August 2026 to promote patriotism, national unity, and pride in the National Flag.
The Yatra was organised by the student volunteers of the NSS Unit in association with faculty coordinators Dr. Raghvendra Singh, Dr. Deeksha Ranjan, Prof. Vipin A., Dr. Ashish Srivastava, and Dr. Renu Verma.
The event was graced by the Hon’ble Vice Chancellor of Rama University, Dr. Janardhana Amaranath B.J., whose presence and leadership inspired the participants. The Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, along with the Registrar, CoE, Deans, faculty members, and students, participated enthusiastically in the Yatra, carrying the Tiranga with immense pride and respect.
As the participants marched together across the University campus, the atmosphere was filled with patriotic spirit, unity, and enthusiasm. The Yatra served as a powerful reminder of the values represented by the National Flag and the collective responsibility of citizens towards the nation.
The Tiranga Yatra concluded as a meaningful expression of collective pride, patriotism, and respect for the National Flag. The enthusiastic participation of the University leadership, faculty members, and students made the event a memorable part of the Har Ghar Tiranga Abhiyan 2026, reinforcing the values of unity, integrity, patriotism, and “Nation First.”
