Refund Policy
Non Refundable
- Admission processing fee, prospectus charges and RUET examination fees are not refundable at any point of time.
- Claims for refund of above shall not be entertained by the university.
Refundable / Partially Refundable
Refund may be processed based on the rules below.
- Eligibility - Only first year students are eligible for refund
- Request for Refund – Students who cancel their allotment must apply for refund at least one month in advance from the date of start of next academic session. In case the request is made less than a month in advance, the university reserves the right to deny the refund.
- Mandatory Deductions – for request received one month prior to the start of next academic session, 10% of both tuition & hostel fee shall deducted and the balance shall be refunded to the candidate.
