Admission Process
To seek admission at Rama University, students must secure a minimum eligible score in Class XII (CBSE/ISC/State-Boards of 2024/2025). The university's final selection process is based on an entrance test, counseling, and an interview. The minimum eligibility criteria for each course are available for reference below.
- Admission Eligibility Criteria

B.Sc. Agriculture:
Minimum age is 16 years and maximum eligible age will be 22 years. (For SC/ST/OBC relaxation of 5 years in maximum eligible age.). 10+2 with a minimum of 50% from a recognized board with subjects like PCM/PCB/PCMB/ Agriculture. -
M.Sc. (Agronomy) / (Soil Science) / (Agricultural Extension):
60% in B.Sc. Agriculture or B.Sc. Agriculture (Hons.) (4 years) or equivalent (Agronomy, Soil Science and Agricultural Extension). -
M.Sc. (Horticulture):
60% in B.Sc. (Agriculture) or B.Sc. (Agriculture) (Hons.) or B.Sc. (Horticulture) or B.Sc. (Biotechnology) (Hons.) (4 years) or equivalent. -
M.Sc. (Genetics & Plant Breeding) / (Plant Pathology):
60% in B.Sc. Agriculture or B.Sc. Agriculture (Hons.) or B. Sc. (ZBC), B.Sc. Biotechnology (Hons.) (4 years) or equivalent.
