Step 1

Admission Process

To seek admission at Rama University, students must secure a minimum eligible score in Class XII (CBSE/ISC/State-Boards of 2026/2027) The university's final selection process is based on an entrance test, counseling, and an interview The minimum eligibility criteria for each course are available for reference below.

Step 2

Merit Scholarships

Merit Scholarships Rama University offers a platform for meritorious scholars to strengthen their academic endeavors by providing a range of merit scholarship programs. These programs offer unique opportunities for students with outstanding academic records to further excel in their studies. Our merit-based Scholarship Policy, which provides a waiver in tuition fees for UG Courses is designed to support the educational aspirations of the future generation.

Step 3

For UG Courses

Students securing 60% and above in their Any State/ CBSE, ISC Board Exams / CUET Score.

Step 4

For PG Courses

Students securing 50% and above in their Exams from any recognized University.

Admission Eligibility Criteria

B.Sc. Agriculture(Hons):Minimum age is 16 years. (For SC/ST/OBC relaxation of 5 years in maximum eligible age.). 10+2 with a minimum of 60% from a recognized board with subjects like PCM/PCB/PCMB/ Agriculture.
M.Sc. (Agronomy) / (Soil Science) / (Agricultural Extension)(Hons): 50% in B.Sc. Agriculture or B.Sc. Agriculture (Hons) (4 years) or equivalent (Agronomy, Soil Science and Agricultural Extension).
M.Sc. (Horticulture)(Hons): 50% in B.Sc. (Agriculture) or B.Sc. (Agriculture) (Hons.) or B.Sc. (Horticulture) or B.Sc. (Biotechnology) (Hons.) (4 years) or equivalent.
M.Sc. (Genetics & Plant Breeding) / (Plant Pathology)(Hons): 50% in B.Sc. Agriculture or B.Sc. Agriculture (Hons.) or B. Sc. (ZBC), B.Sc. Biotechnology (Hons.) (4 years) or equivalent.
