Free Dental Treatment camp at J.K Millennium School, Akbarpur

Rama University’s Faculty of Dental Sciences, Department of Public Health Dentistry Lakhanpur, Kanpur conducted a Free Dental Treatment camp at J.K Millennium School, Akbarpur on 5th May 2017. 150 patients were examined; out of which 20 were treated at the camp site.
Camp was conducted under the guidance of Principal- Dr. Rajashekar Sangur along with Dr. Nidhi Pruthi Shukla. Free distribution of toothpaste and medicines was done at the camp site. Health education was also imparted to improve their oral hygiene and for disease prevention in future along with the demonstration of tooth brushing technique. Patients requiring complex treatments were referred to our hospital for treatment. The camp was conducted in coordination with Mr. Subramanyam, Liaison Officer.
