Abhivyakti 2023: Exposing Students to Latest Technology Solutions for an Inclusive World

On March 4, 2023, the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences and Allied Industries, in collaboration with Institution’s Innovation Cell, Rama University, organized an exposure tour to explore the exhibition at Startup Incubation and Innovation Centre (SIIC), IIT Kanpur. This event was attended by students from the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences, Faculty of Commerce and Management, and Faculty of Engineering and Technology, along with their respective faculty members.
The main objective of this visit was to provide students with exposure to the latest technology solutions that are being developed for an inclusive world. The event was part of Abhivyakti 2023, a gathering of over 50 industry stakeholders, 50+ leading investors, 15+ renowned startup founders, and potential participation from 1000+ attendees from the startup industry.
During the event, an Innovation Showcase was held, where over 70 startups from various sectors, such as Agritech, Cleantech, Cybersecurity, Fintech, Healthcare, Infrastructure, Defence, Sustainability, the Internet of things, and Artificial Intelligence, participated. The students were able to witness the path-breaking technology solutions that are being developed to address the challenges faced by various industries.
The exposure visit was an opportunity for the students to develop a scientific approach to enhance the best ways possible to fuse the different kinds of agriculture and technology together to maintain sustainable growth for future generations. The students were able to gain valuable insights into the latest technological advancements in the agricultural sector, which will help them in their future studies and research.
The event was attended by more than 600 government officials, innovators, venture capitalists, angel investors, startups, and students. The students and faculty members appreciated this visit and found it very useful for them. It was a successful event, which provided the students with an opportunity to learn about the latest technological advancements in various sectors and interact with industry leaders and innovators.
