Celebration of National Cons-Endo Day 2025

Rama Dental College, Hospital and Research Centre, Department of Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics celebrated National Cons-Endo day on 5th March 2025 with the objective of spreading awareness among patients about the various treatments offered by our speciality. To mark the event various competitions were organized that fostered a spirit of striving for excellence among students both undergraduates and postgraduates.
The event was coordinated by Dr Richa Singh (Reader) and Dr Deeksha Dubey (Senior Lecturer) and was attended by undergraduates, interns and post graduates. The event was headed and judged by Principal and Head of department Dr Asheesh Sawhny.
National Cons- Endo day began with ingenious events like E-poster competition and Soap carving competition. Topic for E-poster was “Futuristic innovations you would want” where participants illustrated any innovative idea that they would want to revolutionize dentistry. Soap Carving Competition involves carving of mandibular first molar on bathing soap. Interns posted in the department enthusiastically contributed in celebration by making a Rangoli. The day ended with cake cutting and event turned out to be successful with dynamic participation of faculty and students. Winners of the competitions were given prizes by Dr Richa Singh. E-poster winners were Anukriti Shukla (1 st ) and Krati (2 nd ) where as Soap carving winners include Jyoti Chaudhary (1 st ) and Agrima Gupta (2 nd ).
The event was appreciated by all the participants and audience. Everyone present understood the importance of Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics in improving the oral health care and in turn its contribution towards the overall health of individuals. Faculty of Dental Science, Rama University has always contributed society by imparting information on oral health care by organizing such event.
