Event Highlight: Yaadeein 2K24 Farewell Programme Celebrates Memories and Achievements

In a heart-warming ceremony, the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences and Allied Industries (FASAI) bid farewell to its graduating students during the Yaadeein 2K24 event on May 4, 2024. The occasion, marked by nostalgic reflections and cultural vibrancy, served as a platform to celebrate the achievements and memories of the final year B.Sc. (Agriculture) students.
The event commenced with a symbolic ribbon-cutting ceremony by esteemed faculty members of FASAI, followed by a soulful Ganesh Vandana performed by third-year B.Sc. (Agriculture) students. Dr. Aneeta Yadav, Dean of FASAI, then bestowed letters of appreciation upon the departing students, acknowledging their academic, departmental, and cultural contributions throughout their four-year journey.
The atmosphere was filled with camaraderie as departing students shared their experiences and insights with their juniors and faculty members. Cultural performances showcasing the diverse heritage of India captivated the audience, reflecting the unity amidst diversity within the department.
Amidst cheers and applause, Mr. Harshit Verma and Miss Sanskriti were crowned as Mr. and Miss Farewell, respectively, adding a touch of festivity to the occasion. Expressing g.0ratitude, the third-year students extended a heartfelt vote of thanks to their seniors, event organizers, and technical support team, encapsulating the spirit of togetherness that defines FASAI.
With the participation of faculty members, third and fourth-year students, Yaadeein 2K24 Farewell Programme concluded as a resounding success, leaving behind cherished memories and fostering a sense of unity within the academic community.
