Expert Talk Organized by Faculty of Juridical Sciences, Rama University

On September 20, 2024, the Faculty of Juridical Sciences (Law) at Rama University hosted an expert talk on "New Criminal Laws: Issues & Challenges." Under the direction of Dr. Praveen Kr. Mall, Dean of the Faculty of Juridical Sciences, the event aimed to educate students on recent trends and advancements in criminal law.
The session commenced with a welcome address by Dr. Praveen Kr. Mall, followed by an insightful presentation from the guest speaker, Mr. Ambrish Tandon, Special Public Prosecutor (SPP) for the Government of India. Mr. Tandon shared his expertise on the evolving landscape of criminal law and the pressing challenges facing legal practitioners.
Several distinguished faculty members were also in attendance, including Dr. V.V.B. Singh, Dr. Inderjeet Kaur, Ms. Riddhi Tripathi, Mr. Rahul Singh, Mr. Ashish Tripathi, Ms. Sneha Pandey, and Ms. Kaneez Fatima. The session concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Ms. Riddhi Tripathi, marking the event as an enriching experience for all participants.
