Faculty Development Program Report: NEP 2020 Discussed

In an insightful session at the Faculty Development Program (FDP) held on April 18, 2024, at Rama University, Kanpur, U.P., Mr. Surbhit Shukla, Head Academic Officer (North) at Girnarsoft Education Service Pvt. Ltd., took the stage to discuss the pivotal aspects of Outcome Based Education (OBE) in alignment with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.
Mr. Shukla delved into the crucial elements of assessing Course Outcomes (COs), Programme Outcomes (POs), and Programme Specific Outcomes (PSOs), emphasizing the utilization of Bloom's Taxonomy to construct attainment matrices. Additionally, he addressed the imperative need for examination reforms to foster student-centric learning and ensure continuous improvement in the curriculum.
