FACULTY OF NURSING, RAMA UNIVERSITY CELEBRATES INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S DAY 2024

The Faculty of Nursing at Rama University, Uttar Pradesh, Kanpur, marked the occasion of International Women's Day on March 7th, 2024, with a vibrant celebration aimed at recognizing and empowering women from all walks of life. The event, held at the Seminar Hall of the Faculty of Engineering and Technology (FET), was a testament to the university's commitment to gender equality and inclusivity.

The event commenced with a warm welcome to all the radiant women of Rama University, followed by the ceremonial lighting of the traditional lamp by esteemed guests, including Prof. Dr. Vaishali Dhingra, Dean of the Faculty of Commerce & Management, and Prof. Dr. Jasmi Manu, Principal of the Faculty of Nursing, along with other dignitaries. Prof. Dr. Jasmi Manu delivered words of appreciation and encouragement, emphasizing the importance of women's empowerment in today's society.
The celebration continued with a motivational speech by Prof. Dr. Vaishali Dhingra, focusing on stress management techniques and the significance of embracing the journey of womanhood with grace and resilience. The program was further enriched with cultural performances by students, showcasing the spirit of women's empowerment through artistic expression.
