Hybrid Event Delivers Vital Insights and Continuing Education Credits
Kanpur, U.P. – May 4, 2024 – The Faculty of Nursing at Rama University organized a successful Continuing Nursing Education (CNE) program focused on "Addiction Psychiatry" on May 4, 2024. The event, held at the Rama Auditorium, provided valuable insights into the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of various addiction disorders, including substance abuse, gambling, and technology addiction. The program, running from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, featured a hybrid format, accommodating both in-person and virtual attendees.
Program Highlights
The CNE program commenced with a warm welcome to the delegates and esteemed guests. Notable attendees included Dr. N. Neetu Devi, Nursing Consultant from UPSMF, Lucknow, who served as the Chief Guest. Other distinguished guests included:

The inauguration featured a traditional lamp-lighting ceremony, followed by addresses from Dr. Hari Om Sharan and Chief Guest Dr. N. Neetu Devi. Prof. Dr. Jasmi Manu, Principal and Chairperson of the CNE, outlined the theme of Addiction Psychiatry, emphasizing its significance in nursing care.

The CNE program concluded with a vote of thanks and the National Anthem at 5:00 PM, marking a fruitful day of professional development for nursing practitioners.
