FJS is organizing Model Jail Visit for educational purpose

To know the functioning & working of Jail Administration Law Students of 2nd year, 3rd Year, 4th Year and 5th Year, of Faculty of Juridical Sciences, will schedule a visit to Jail on 03/03/2020 with the objective of gaining insights into the practical aspects of the law. Here is a complete detail of the proposed plan:
Proposed Date of Visit: 03 March 2020
Time of Visit: 09:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
Location: Model Jail Lucknow, Mohanlalganj, Uttar Pradesh
Purpose of Visit:
The main objective of this jail visit is to:
- Study the role of jail in the treatment of prisoners in the framework of rehabilitative and reformative activities given to the prisoners.
- To study the infrastructure provided by the jail authorities to the prisoners.
- To study the behavior of the inmates of the jail.
- To study the services and opportunities provided to the inmates by the jail authorities.
- To study the security system of the jail premises.
- To understand the responsibilities of the jail authorities towards the prisoners.
