ICAR-2019 concluded successfully

Faculty of Engineering and Technology, Rama University organized Two- day International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Robotics in Life Sciences held on 29-30 November 2019.
The life sciences industry is striving to adopt advanced technology solutions, such as artificial intelligence (AI), robotic process automation (RPA), natural language processing and machine learning (ML) to drive the discovery and development of life-changing treatments. The adaptation of these technologies will help in resolving issues pertaining to product development, drug safety, and pharmacovigilance (PV).
The International Conference on Artificial Intelligence & Robotics in Life Science (ICAR-19) was conducted with an aim to bring together scientists, technologists, young researchers from various disciplines across the globe to discuss the benefits of adapting these advanced technologies, its deployment, risks, and scope.
The program commenced by paying tribute to the Founder-Chairman of Rama University-Late Dr. Babu Singh Kushwah by the eminent chief guest- Dr. Deepak Garg-Prof. Benette University, Noida, Dr. Andres Fredrick –Prof. National Institute of Information- Tokyo, Japan, Dr. Neelam Shrivastava- Director- Rajkiya Engineering College- Kannuaj along with our Director-Dr. Prateek Singh and Prabyhat Ranjan- Registrar. Thereafter, our chief guest presented their talk on the subject and enlightened the audience with their insights on how these technologies can enable our country to accomplish the vision of smart society 5.0; a truly digital India.
This is the first conference of its kind where the eminent speakers talked about the Artificial Intelligence and Robotics in Life Sciences. They discussed how artificial intelligence can be used in the life sciences to combat major issues hindering the growth of the industry.
The conference also witnessed the presence of Director- PRO- Dr. Pranav Singh, Deputy Registrar- Sandeep Shukla and Dean-FET- Dr. HariOm Sharan. The event was organized by Samir Mishra, Raghvendra Singh, and Ms. Rati Bajpai.
