About the Conference
In recent years, digital health has revolutionized healthcare by transforming how it is delivered and managed. Digital health encompasses technologies such as electronic health records, telemedicine, mobile health, wearable devices, and artificial intelligence. These advancements have the potential to enhance the quality, accessibility, and affordability of healthcare while reducing costs. Nurses, as primary caregivers, play a critical role in adopting and implementing these technologies. Preparing for this digital healthcare era is essential for current and future healthcare delivery.
Inauguration
The program commenced promptly at 9:00 AM with a warm welcome extended to all registered delegates. An honorary welcome was accorded to esteemed dignitaries:

- Guest of Honour: Dr. Manoranjitham S.D, Head of Department, College of Nursing, CMC Vellore

Col. Dr. Sidharth S. Mani (C.M.S Rama Hospital and Research Centre); and Prof. Dr. Jasmi Manu, Principal, Faculty of Nursing
The inaugural session began with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp by all dignitaries. Mr. Deepak Suwalka extended a warm welcome to all, marking the start of an enriching and insightful conference.
Presidential Address
The presidential address was delivered by Dr. Janardhan Amarnath B.J, Vice Chancellor of Rama University. Following this, Prof. Dr. Ashok Kumar Bishnoi, Chief Guest, and Dr. Manoranjitham S.D, Guest of Honour, inspired the audience with their speeches. Prof. Dr. Jasmi Manu, Principal and Chairperson of the Conference, unfolded the theme "Transformative Nursing @ Digi Health Era" and its application in providing quality nursing care. A total of 450 delegates participated. The inaugural session concluded with the release of the conference proceedings, a felicitation ceremony for the dignitaries, and a vote of thanks.
Day 1: 27-06-2024
Morning Sessions
The first day's session began with a pre-test, followed by the first plenary session led by Dr. Manoranjitham S.D, Professor and H.O.D of Psychiatric Nursing at CMC, Vellore. The session focused on "Opportunities and Challenges for Bringing Quality Research and Effective Patient Care to a New Level."
Midday Sessions
The third plenary session, handled by Dr. B. Archana, H.O.D of the Faculty of Nursing at Rama University covered "Nursing Perspectives in Understanding the Pillars of Revolutions." This was followed by Dr. Dipti Shukla, Principal of Samarpan Institute of Nursing & Paramedical Sciences, Lucknow, who presented on "Authentic Patent Filing and Copyright in Nursing."
Afternoon Sessions
After a delicious lunch break, the fifth plenary session on "Strategies in Nursing Education" was led by Mr. Vipin A., Associate Professor at the Faculty of Nursing, Rama University. Dr. Alka Saxena, Principal of the Government College of Nursing at BRD Medical College, Gorakhpur, then elaborated on “Vintage vs. Current Trends in Nursing.”
Conclusion
The first day of the conference concluded with scientific paper presentations by Ph.D. scholars, marking the end of a successful and informative day.
