INDUSTRIAL VISIT C.P. MILK & FOOD PRODUCT LIMITED, LUCKNOW

Apart from the study Industrial visit is most crucial part for the students of business management and there is an opportunity for the student to see the actual work of industry and also interact with the people as well. Whereas, the industrial learning often leads & motivates to the students to enhance their learning and knowledge which works in future understanding.
In this regards, The Faculty of Commerce and Management organized Industrial Visit at C.P. Milk & Food Product Limited, Lucknow on 24th October, 2018. In which 33 students of Commerce and Management visited along with 3 faculty members namely Ms. Divya Mishra, Ms. Akanksha Srivastava, Dr. Javed Alam.
The visit has started with the coordination of Dr. R.P. Tripathi GM-HR & Adm of C.P. Milk & Food Product Limited, Lucknow and Dr. Govind Kumar, HOD-FCM. Therefore, the plant visit has successfully accomplished with coordination of Ms. Divya Misra, Lecturer-FCM & Mr. Tahir Hussian (Production Manager).
Students Review:
We had valuable experience of industrial visit at C.P. Milk & Food Product Limited, Lucknow. There we learned about different process by which milk goes through and become final product i.e. butter, ghee, milk powder etc. The production manager introduced about new machineries by which production works have been accomplishing efficiently thereby productivity has been higher than before. Therefore, we understood that how sound technology has been playing vital role in today’s’ business. Meanwhile we also have seen how packaging of the products has to be completed. It was overall amazing and learning experience to us. We are very much thankful to C.P. Milk & Food Product Limited, Lucknow and Faculty of Commerce and Management also for providing precious opportunity to have a wonderful visit on the day. Last but not least, we all are thankful to the faculty members for their best cooperation during the same.
