Law Students Organized Anti-Ragging Awareness Programme

Say No to Ragging
The Legal Aid Club of the Faculty of Juridical Sciences, Rama University organized an Anti-Ragging Awareness Programme at the Faculty of Ayurveda on 13 August 2025. The event was coordinated by Ms. Riddhi Tripathi (HOD) under the direction of Dr. Praveen Kumar Mall (Dean). A total of 100 students actively participated in the programme.
Objective of the Programme:
The main objective of the Anti-Ragging Awareness Programme was to:
- Educate students about the legal and institutional provisions against ragging.
Ms. Riddhi Tripathi addressed the students and explained the serious consequences of engaging in ragging, both legally and academically.
- Create awareness about the harmful physical, emotional, and psychological impacts of ragging on victims.
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and respectful academic environment within the university.
The programme aimed to instill a strong message against ragging and to uphold the values of dignity, empathy, and mutual respect among students.
