MBA Students Gain Practical Insights at Vaishnavi Hospital, Kanpur

On September 18, MBA students specializing in Hospital and Healthcare Management (HHM) visited Vaishnavi Hospital in Kanpur as part of an educational tour aimed at enhancing their understanding of hospital operations. The visit served a dual purpose: orienting the newly inducted batch of MBA (HHM) students and offering a pre-placement talk for final-year students. During this event, two students received internship offers from the hospital.
The students interacted with the hospital's administration team, doctors, and nursing staff, gaining insight into various operational aspects. They toured key departments, including the outpatient department (OPD), emergency unit, and inpatient wards, while also learning about the use of technology to improve healthcare services. The visit provided a real-world understanding of hospital management, financial operations, and strategies for ensuring quality care, giving students a comprehensive view of healthcare challenges and solutions.
