Course Highlights
The FDP will be a combination of presentation, demonstrations, and discussion on the Applications of remote sensing in agriculture including major important things such as; biomass and yield estimation, vegetation vigor and drought stress monitoring, assessment of crop phenological development, crop acreage estimation, and cropland mapping, mapping of disturbances and land use land cover changes in addition to precision agriculture and irrigation management. The experts of various sessions will be available for solving the quarries raised by the participants.

- The aim is to bring together leading academic scientists, experts, faculties, researchers, and research scholars to share their experiences.
- To encourage the use of various GIS technologies for Agricultural enrichment
- To provide expertise on all aspects of the use of remote sensing in agriculture.
- To provide a premier interdisciplinary platform for researchers, practitioners, and educators to present and discuss the most recent innovations in remote sensing and GIS techniques, and trends.
- To address the practical challenges encountered and solutions adopted in the fields of application of remote sensing and GIS in Agriculture.
