Orientation Program Launches Infosys Employability Enhancement Initiative at FCM

The Faculty of Commerce and Management (FCM), Rama University, organized an Orientation Program under the Employability Enhancement Program, a flagship initiative of the prestigious company Infosys.
The program aims to bridge the gap between academia and industry by providing large-scale employability skills training that enhances the financial and social development of youth.
This 60-hour training program is open to final-year UG, PG, and Diploma students and is designed to make them workplace-ready through holistic skill development.
On successful completion, participants will receive an Infosys Foundation Certificate—a valuable credential for career advancement.
The orientation session introduced students to the program’s objectives, course structure, and the immense opportunities it offers in building professional confidence and competence.
This initiative reflects FCM’s continuous commitment to fostering employability, innovation, and skill development among students in alignment with India’s skilling vision.
Dean FCM Dr. Vaishali Dhingra apprised that the focus of FCM is on enhancing employability skills of the students through various skill development programs and ensuring their excellent placements.
