Rama University Celebrates Teachers Day 2023 with Grandeur and Gratitude

Rama University's Faculty of Nursing commemorated Teachers's; Day in a spectacular fashion as they hosted a heartwarming program dedicated to honoring the educators who inspire and nurture future leaders. The event, held at the prestigious Rama Auditorium, was a testament to the profound impact that teachers have on shaping the lives of their students.

On this auspicious occasion, students from Rama University came together to pay homage to their teachers, echoing the sentiments of the revered Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, whose birth anniversary is celebrated as Teachers's Day in India.

The event, which took place from 11 AM to 2 PM on September 5, 2023, saw the Rama Auditorium come alive with a sense of appreciation and celebration. Distinguished dignitaries graced the occasion, including Mr. R.K. Yadav (Controller of Examination) from Rama University, Dr. Brijendra Nigam (Principal, Faculty of Para Medical Sciences), Dr. Aneeta Yadav (Dean, Faculty of Agriculture and Allied Industries), Dr. Soni Verma (Principal, Rama Ayurveda Medical College), Prof. Dr. Jasmi Manu (Dean/Principal, Faculty of Nursing), and Mr. Sameer Mishra (Dean, Student Welfare) from Rama University. Heads of Departments and Faculty members from various departments of Rama University were also present.

The program commenced with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp by the esteemed dignitaries, followed by a joyous cake-cutting ceremony. Prof. Dr. Jasmi Manu, Dean/Principal of faculty of Nursing, extended a warm welcome to the gathered audience, setting the tone for a day filled with gratitude and celebration.

In their speeches, Mr. R.K. Yadav and Mr. Sameer Mishra praised the students for taking such serious effort to plan such a spectacular event. They emphasized the crucial part that educators play in determining the course of history and expressed their gratitude for Rama University's faculty members's commitment and labour of love.

The students organized a "pick and do" game, a beautiful fashion show with professors as models, and warm gestures of appreciation for their beloved teachers to make the occasion even more unique. The audience was transfixed by the students' cultural performances, which highlighted the Rama University community's skill and rich diversity.

A heartfelt vote of thanks and a beautiful performance of the National Anthem marked the program's conclusion, which left everyone feeling proud of and grateful for the excellent teachers who make a difference in their students' lives every day.
