Rama University Celebrates World Lab Technician Day 2023 with Enthusiasm`

The Faculty of Paramedical Sciences at Rama University in Kanpur celebrated World Lab Technician Day with great enthusiasm and vigor on April 24th, 2023. The event, which was led by Dr. Brijendra Nigam, the head and Principal of the institution, had the theme of "Break out the Beaker".
Mrs. Swastika Singh Chandel from the Faculty of Paramedical Sciences organized the program. Bachelor and Diploma students from the Department of Medical Laboratory Technology and faculty members such as Dr. Apoorva Srivastava, Dr. Nidhi Shukla, Mr. Satyendra Sachan, Ms. Meghna Verma, and Mrs. Kirti Gaur participated in the event.
The purpose of the event was to appreciate the hard work of laboratory professionals and raise public awareness about their importance. The program included a rally and a quiz competition related to World Lab Technician Day. The quiz competition had participants from all three years students.
The event received an overwhelming response and it provided a great opportunity to acknowledge the contributions of lab technicians to the healthcare industry. It is expected that similar events will continue to be organized in the future to raise awareness and appreciation for the essential work done by lab technicians.
