Rama University celebrated the 68th Birth Anniversary of its Hon’ble Founder Chancellor, the late Dr. B.S. Kushwah, with great enthusiasm and reverence. The event, held on 11 September 2023, was a momentous occasion, marking the legacy and vision of this exceptional personality.
The program commenced with a warm welcome to all attendees, acknowledging the significance of the elements of nature as witnesses to human worth, softness, rhythm, and perfection. The gathering expressed gratitude to the almighty for bestowing grace and blessings upon them and extended their heartfelt benedictions to Dr. B.S. Kushwah Sir.
Ms. Sampada Singh (student from faculty of the engineering and technology), the host, extended a cordial welcome to the honorable Chancellor, Dr. Suraj Babu Singh Kushwah, esteemed dignitaries including Dr. Prateek Singh, Dr. Pranav Singh, Mr. Prabhat Ranjan and All the Deans, HODs, faculty members, students, and all present, emphasizing the privilege of their presence on this sacred day.
The event progressed with a symbolic lamp lighting ceremony and a floral tribute to Dr. B.S. Kushwah Sir, a gesture that reverberated with deep respect and admiration for his contributions.
Chancellor Dr. Suraj Babu Singh Kushwaha shared insightful thoughts on the occasion, emphasizing the significance of Dr. B.S. Kushwah's vision and values. He recounted the journey that began in 1996, culminating in the growth of the Rama Group into a vast family. He stressed the importance of contentment and the idea that everyone arrives in this world with a purpose, underlining the potential to achieve one's dreams.
The event further delved into the life journey of Dr. B.S. Kushwah, a great visionary, dentist, and educationist, who believed in the transformative power of education. His dedication to the cause of "Empowering learning & nurturing lives" left an indelible mark on the institution.
A video presentation provided an intimate look into the life of the Hon’ble Founder Chancellor, highlighting his dedication and the legacy he left behind. The attendees paid their respects with a two-minute silence in remembrance of his noble contributions.
Floral tributes were offered by respected dignitaries, Deans, HODs, and staff members as a symbol of their deep regard for Dr. B.S. Kushwah Sir.
To promote education among the youth, stationary materials and books were distributed to students, in alignment with the late founder's vision. Chancellor Dr. Suraj Babu Singh Kushwah and Director Dr. Prateek Singh personally handed out these educational resources, emphasizing the importance of knowledge and learning.
