Department of Community Health Nursing, Rama College of nursing observed World AIDS Day by conducting rally and Role-play on the occasion. The theme of the World AIDS Day – 2019 was “Ending the HIV/AIDS epidemic: Community by Community. Aformal speech was given by Principal Mrs. A.C.Singh on the importance of the day and initiated the rally at 10 am. Students of ANM 2nd, GNM 3rd& B.Sc Nursing 4th-year students participated in the rally for creating general awareness regarding the disease. 
 

A role play depicting causes, signs role-play and symptoms, prevention and treatment of HIV/AIDS 10 a.m near the OPD area of Rama Hospital and Research Center. The program turned out to be, as patients’ 4th-year and general public near the hospital attended the role play. The Program was organized under the leadership of Mrs. Namita Batra Guin, HOD- Community Health Nursing dept. It was brought in action by Mrs. Neelam Singh, Ms. Priyanka and Ms. Khushboo Tutor, Community Health Nursing Deptt.
